Sunday is Don's Favorite Day

I've decided, its official... Sunday is my favorite day of the week. It was close race, Friday ran a good campaign but in the end Domingo pulled ahead. I just had a most enjoyable evening. Just the right amount of food. the most appropriate music. top notch company. subtle lighting. comfy socks. good buzz.

While digesting and chillin, I realized that over the past 2 weeks I've done a whole slew of fun stuff worthy blogging about.

Earth Day San Diego

there was way too many people in Balboa Park, the food was lacking and there were pro-life demonstrators everywhere. The weather was beautifull, the crowd interesting and Balboa park rocks.

The San Diego Zoo

I'm a member. I love the zoo.

The Crab Catcher

good wine, great food, full bar, awesome time. If you're looking for a romantic yet comfortable dinner this the place. Makes the ladies melt.

Art Walk

wow. Seriously wow. More than 350 regional artists of all styles and mediums. The sun was shining and the beer was flowing. I went both days. Yea I know (dork).

Bonfire on Mission Beach

Mission Beach, my home away from home away from home. Fun times. You can legally have fires till midnight, we went till 3am, don't tell anyone.

Disc Golf at Morley Field

Can you believe there is a $3 green fee here! Its hippy golf for frolfs sake. I think the green fee is worthy, nice long course; well developed. It is slightly sketchy however, throughout most of the course you have people driving right at you from multiple angles.

The San Diego Padres

Yes Todd, I'm a carpet bagger. If I'm in San Diego I'm going to root for the home team. I've been to two games in the past few weeks. They lost both. They are starting off a terrible season, its not going to keep me away. Gotta love the brats w/grilled peppers and an overpriced beer.
